The MBA green building dry construction system is not simply assembling materials, but an engineered stratigraphy where each element is researched and designed to compliment each other and to work together to achieve maximum efficiency, durability and safety of the entire building system.
Reflecting the architectural design and once transformed into an executive design, each of the structural elements is built and pre-assembled in the factory, making the on-site installation phase faster and significantly reducing construction site costs.

All our building systems are made with natural materials designed and produced by MBA that, in the event of a fire, are formaldehyde and toxic fume free.
WHAT IS FORMALDEHYDE
Formaldehyde is a pollutant that can be detected anywhere: in the street due to traffic, in homes and offices it is instead present in the main building materials such as plywood panels, chipboard panels and in all materials with silicone-based binders or chemical resin such as in wood fibre or rockwool insulation.
It is a chemical compound that belongs to the group of substances called ‘Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)’ and is listed by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as a carcinogenic substance. At room temperature, formaldehyde is a colourless gas with an acrid, irritating odour.
PERSONAL SAFETY
The majority of construction materials have characteristics and certifications pursuant to the ‘A1’ Euroclass standard that certifies that the material is non-combustible.
MBA has made strides in its personal safety plan: all the materials must, not only be Euroclass A1 certified, ensuring maximum fire resistance, but, in the event of a fire, must not give off smoke and above all must not emit harmful particles into the air and environment.
