After receiving the architectural design from the customer, the MBA technical department develops all the necessary design phases before sending everything to production:
- Executive design, structural design, preparation of installations and materials development with hardware list.
- Design and interior decor in order to develop a project in keeping with the customer’s needs and taste.

- TIMBER STRUCTURE: light, eco-friendly and designed to stand on piling or slab foundations.
- MBA ECLOPLAN mineral slab: fire resistant and, in particular, waterproof; it is not damaged by moisture and doesn’t deform when wet, maintaining its mechanical characteristics.
- ENERJIE: MBA formaldehyde-free insulation. It also helps with sound proofing.
- CLADDING: according to customer’s requirements.
- FURNISHINGS AND ACCESSORIES: eco-sustainable materials are used. Furnishings reflect the architecture requested by the customer.
MBA MODULAR PREFABRICATION
MBA Modular Living buildings are assembled in the factory with all the elements and accessories chosen by the customer.
When the module is ready, the installed system is wired and tested by industry professionals.
After a successful inspection, it is packaged and shipped ready for delivery to the construction site.
